1. Who is responsible for the processing of your data?

2. For what purpose do we process your data?
A continuación, se detallan las distintas finalidades del tratamiento por parte de CONYCAL.
PURPOSE 1: Provision of services related to the Analytical Services Sector.
This purpose includes the different activities that are necessary and inherent to the provision of services or products:
- Chemical and microbiological analysis
- R&D support
- Technical consultancy
- Training
PURPOSE 2: Sending of information and/or advertising of our products or services.
This purpose includes the use of your personal data to send you communications related to the provision, improvement and updating of our services, as well as advertising information on promotions applicable to the product/service, or sending information on regulations and innovations in the sector.
This advertising information will be sent by any channel (WhatsApp messages, emails, phone calls, etc.). At any time the customer will be allowed to oppose the sending of new commercial communications and may make use of this right through the email address set out in point 1.
PURPOSE 3: To analyse the customer's traffic, invoicing, browsing and geolocation data in order to develop commercial actions.
If you give your consent, we may analyse the customer's traffic, billing, navigation and geolocation data in order to obtain more information about your tastes, consumption habits and needs, so that we can develop more efficient commercial actions.
PURPOSE 4: Transfer of your data to companies for the provision of the service.
CONYCAL may transfer your data to companies strictly necessary for the execution of the products or services contracted by you, such as: transport companies, other Group laboratories, other laboratories outside the Group, etc.
PURPOSE 5: Communicating non-payment data
In the event that you do not meet your financial obligations, generating a debt that is certain, due and payable and following a request for payment. You are informed that we will proceed to communicate your identification data and the data relating to the debt to all those entities responsible for the assessment, management and processing of non-payment, in accordance with current legislation.
3. On what legal basis do we process your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the performance of the contract for the provision of services and any transfer strictly necessary for the fulfilment of that purpose. The sending of commercial communications, the transfer of data to third parties and the capture/use of images will be legitimised under the express consent authorisations granted by you.
4. How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship between the parties or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. The company will apply the data deletion and erasure protocol in accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations. In any case, if at the end of the contractual relationship there are pending disputes, the data may be retained until such time as a final decision is reached.
5. To whom do we disclose your data?
CONYCAL may transfer your data to companies for administrative or legal compliance purposes (consultancy, mutual insurance companies, insurance companies, banks, public administrations, etc.).
CONYCAL may transfer your data to all those companies necessary for the execution of the contracted service (transport companies, laboratories belonging to the Tentamus Group, other laboratories outside the Group, etc.) or for the claim of non-payment.
6. Where do we obtain your data from?
CONYCAL may have obtained your personal data from one of the following sources:
Through the client → Data provided directly by the client.
Through Public Sources → Data obtained through various public sources such as public administrations, magazines, business cards, professional associations, online publications, websites, social networks, telephone directories, etc.
7. What are your rights?
In compliance with Art 22 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 you may exercise any of the following rights:
- Right of Access: To know what type of data we are processing and the characteristics of the processing we are carrying out.
- Right of Rectification: To be able to request the modification of your data if it is inaccurate or not truthful.
- Right of Portability: To be able to obtain a copy of my information in an automated and easily exportable format.
- Right of Limitation: To be able to limit the processing of my data according to the cases set out in the Law.
- Right of Deletion: To request the deletion of your data when the processing is no longer necessary.
- Right of Opposition: To request the cessation of the sending of commercial communications in the aforementioned terms.
- Right of Revocation of Express Consents: To be able to revoke my consents and authorisations within 10 days.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
